A quick thing for the super—->FUN! show that will be going down on the 16th of February, with the JACKETS & WILD EVEL and THE TRASHBONES at Club Chelsea in Vienna. Color me excited! …AND green …blue-ish!
I’m stupid, but this should go unsaid… but what should be said that is that Miss BAYOU MYSTÈRE and the SOUNDFLAT DJ TRAXMAN will also rawk the shack like nothing else!

As you see the clocks in IDON MINE land tick a bit differently, new years came about two weeks late, but hey we here live in the past anyhow. To stick with the THEEE BAT vibe of the last post, here is a poster for their first ever US tour starting in November + conveniently placed on the right side of the ring: The FADEAWAYS! Excitingly, Theee Bat are playing with the 5678′s (!) and the Fadaways are on tour with Jackie and the Cedrics and are playing with Reigning Sound, Lyres, Muck and the Mires and the Fabulous Itchies. Check the SWAMP FICTION site for full disclosure on who with what. This sounds like a great tour for you New York people to get your massive Japanese Rock’n'Roll fix – so you better not miss it and whine if you did later!

HIDEOUT AD 2 GARAGEPUNK RECORDS

So here’s the second incarnation of the Hideout sidebar ad for the HIDEOUT, letting you know about the further releases in the GARAGEPUNK COMPILATIONS (do the CLICK-et-y-CLICK for all the linkage of where to get them!) comin atcha! The September number is hot on the heels of the others with a release on the 19th. There is a amazing rooster of artists (including my dumble-humble wish-wash self) doing the covers, so it’s a rad and original package, WHICH YOU SHOULD DIG AND HAVE FUN WITH! Who knows, if enough Rock’n'Roll people buy this, it might even go vinyl at some point.
PLUS: As records are, you get some sweet music, but that’s a regular EXTRA.
Up top are the two frames for the animation and below, since they are quite small, is the original drawing for that. Don’t you feel totally let in on the secret workings of my non-exist background machinery?
